You can purchase goods at our InconnuLab shop without creating an account.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Processing Time:
The time I need to prepare a bag for shipping is approx. 3-4 weeks. Each InconnuLAB bag is completely handmade and therefore time is needed to create them.
Delivery Time:
We send your pack with Sendle or Australian Post.
Approx. delivery time:
Australia, New Zealand: 4-5 business days
Rest of the World: 1-2 weeks
Which Are the Available Colors for the Custom Made Bags ?
You can find a link “Click here for color palette” written under the product’s price. By clicking it you can find a list of all the available colors.
Note that all the bags are handmade using even the smallest production leftovers, so the list of available colors could change periodically.

Are your Products Customizable?
Sure they are!
You can customize the product yourself by choosing a color from the Color Palette.
If you want, you can also customize the dimensions, material or add more features to your product (es: internal-external pocket, zipper-snap-magnetic closure, longer-shorter strap ….)

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order
In case you want to Cancel or Change your order, you will have to Log In using my account page.
If your order is still processing you can email us at [email protected] simply asking to modify / cancel your order.
However, if your order is On Hold, it meas that we are producing your order at the moment and it’s no more possible to Cancel or Modify it.
How Can I Return a Product?
Our customers’ satisfaction is our main priority. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 15 days of receiving it. A full refund will be given minus the cost of shipping. Please note that you will have to cover the cost of shipping for returning the merchandise.
The items must be sent back in their original packaging and condition. If not, the return will not be accepted and the product will be sent back. Once we receive the item, the payment will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.

The Promotion Code is valid for a limited time only. InconnuLab reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time.
Each Promotion Code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
Each Promotion Code applies only to qualifying items.

If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, gift-wrap, and shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.

How Do I Track My Order?
When your product is complete, we will send you an e-mail, on the address you specified when placing your order, with the tracking number.
