Please note that the www.inconnulab.com operates according to the below general terms and conditions, which is considered acceptable by your sent online order and it is mandatory for our customer. The seller is not liable for errors or mistakes made by the customer during the filling of the order form. If you have any questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to send a message.
Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all additional items.
Processing time
The time I need to prepare a bag for shipping is approx. 3-4 weeks. Each InconnuLAB bag is completely handmade and therefore time is needed to create them.
Keychains are ready to ship, they will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order.

We send your pack with Sendle or Australian Post.
Australia, New Zealand: 4-5 business days
Rest of the World: 1-2 weeks
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payment
We accept payments via PayPal. Paypal keeps your payment information secure. We never receive your credit card information. All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. If you need help in it, here is how: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/pay-online. PayPal policy requires the seller ship to the address attached to the PayPal payment. PayPal does not allow the address to be changed (or confirmed) after a payment is sent. So if the address you provided at the time of payment is incorrect (or not confirmed) you will have to re-submit payment to us to make changes.
Returns & exchanges
_“Made to order” items: due to the nature of made to order items, these products will not be considered for return. Our customers’ satisfaction is our main priority so that I kindly ask you to contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. We’ll do our best to resolve any problem.
_ “Ready to ship” items: customers have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. A full refund will be given minus the shipping charges. The cost of returned shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Only products in saleable condition will be considered for return, if it’s shipped with with tracking numer.

Receive a refund:
On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Cancel an order
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order (or change color/model/size etc.) before shipping, please contact us.
_”Made to order” Items: while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point if you’ve purchased a “made-to-order” item.
Orders cancelled within 1 week of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled more than 1 week after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 85% of the product purchase price.
_”Ready to Ship Order”: Orders cancelled before shipping will be eligible for a full refund.

Coupon code policies
The promotion code is valid for a limited time only. InconnuLAB reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time.
Each promotion code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
Each promotion code applies only to qualifying items.

If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, gift-wrap, and shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
