We all hear how we need to stay hydrated throughout the day and how drinking water benefits our body, keeping us energized, healthy and beautiful. I always keep with me a bottle of water whenever I go out and in the house, especially now in August, that the weather is too hot and my body needs to cool down more often than usual.
But let’s face it! Sometimes water can be a bit ‘boring’ and there are times when I need something more flavorsome or aromatic. However, I don’t want to fall into the soda trap, cans full of sugar or aspartame and that’s how I started experimenting with infused water! It’s basically fresh water with pieces of fruit or herbs served in a pitcher. It’s so beautiful to see, but also to taste and apart from hydrating you, some claim it has holistic benefits and does wonders for a bloated belly.
