Just as I was preparing my bucket list for the beginning of September, (which for me signifies the end of holiday and the start of a new and exciting year) I figured out something was missing. Yes, I was planning to go to amazing events, to meet great people, to work on the things I love and care about and to stop throwing my clothes all over the place, but I also came into a sad realization. Last year I didn’t spend so much time in being creative for myself and with myself. I know that sounds a bit weird, but what I mean is that I put a lot of creative effort on my work and on my art, which is amazing, but I would love to have a bit more time to be creative with me and explore myself.
There are so many ways to be creative and at the same time, so many ways that we loose that creativity in our everyday lives. There are also so many things that require our attention, focus and care, that sometimes during the day we forget to pay a bit of attention to ourselves, be creative and share this with others. So that’s how I came across this new type of interactive books or journals, that aim to ask you questions, rise your curiosity and get your creative juices flowing everyday ! This is a selection of my favorite ones, but there are many more that suit any type of character and interest.
Find the best for you and enjoy!
Love, Nina.
