Autumn is a really magical time of the year. There are so many changes happening around us, but also inside us. Nature is transforming and so do we. Fresh, crisp air takes the place of hot summer winds, the leaves change color and carrying an umbrella around is always a good idea. Moreover, Autumn is a season of new beginnings. The new school year, the start of new activities and courses, call us to leave the summer laziness behind and get back to work. So, here is the InconnuLab’s List of Things to Do in Autumn to enjoy the season at it’s most!
1. Take a walk.
Nature is a t it’s best in Autumn. The beautiful colors, the fresh air… plus, is not too hot or too cold to walk around! Wear your boots and go!
2. Start a new activity.
Autumn is the best time to start a new activity. You have more energy and most of the courses start around this period. If you haven’t decided on an activity yet, many gyms and studios offer free trial courses this year, so don’t miss the chance to try things out and see what fits you.
3. Clean your space.
Cleaning and ordering your place is Autumn can be more helpful than you can imagine. Recycle or give to your friends the clothes you never wear, get yourself a couple of new pillows, put in order your study and start afresh!
4. Get your Tea.
Tea is great any time of the year. But I love it especially during Autumn and Winter. A green tea warms me up in the mornings and a herbal infusion calms me down in the night. Around this time of the year, I go to my favorite tea shop and I buy my favorite flavors, like Ginger Green tea and Liquorice and Mint herbal infusion, but I also always buy a new flavor to discover.
5. Get cozy.
As the weather gets colder we all need some more cozy time. make a list of the films you want to watch and, if you have the space, invest in a projector for the perfect movie night at home. Make some hot chocolate and invite your friends for a round of board games or organize a pajama party.
There are still so many things I could include in this list! What are your favorite things to do in Autumn?
